The Highland Speed Twin began life as a well-loved, well-used 2019 Triumph Speed Twin 1200. When it arrived at Triumph London, it had clocked plenty of miles and was showing the honest wear of a machine that had done exactly what it was built to do.
What followed was a complete transformation. Handed over to Stockwell Design, the bike was stripped back and reimagined from the ground up. Gone are the commuter-focused practical accessories. In their place: a sharper, leaner, more purposeful stance.
Every surface has been meticulously reconditioned. Every detail reconsidered. Performance hasn’t just been refreshed, it’s been elevated. Upgraded brakes deliver sharper stopping power. New suspension components refine the ride. Fresh tyres enhance grip and confidence. A clean, short Zard 2-2 free-flowing exhaust system not only unlocks improved breathing but gives the bike a deeper, more assertive soundtrack.
Quite literally, everything has been upgraded or reconditioned. The result? A Speed Twin that retains the soul of the original but carries the attitude and presence of something altogether more special: a true Highland rebirth.
