A timeless Triumph T100 evolving through craftsmanship.
Among the prized collection at Grimsthorpe Castle are a handful of truly bespoke Triumph motorcycles, each reflecting the passion and skill of their creators. Another example was crafted at Triumph London by Sam J. James, a project that continues to evolve and will return to the workshop in a few months for further customisation.
A key upgrade on this build is the exhaust, now replaced with a full stainless steel system courtesy of Hitchcox Motorcycles, enhancing both the bike’s visual appeal and its distinctive sound. The rear has been refined with a Motone Tail Tidy and mini LED lights, while the front receives a modern touch through a BAAK headlamp mount, mini LED turn signals, and an updated grill.
The rugged Triumph 4-Bar fuel tank complements the aggressive aesthetic of the Heidenau K60 Scout tyres, tying the entire build together with a balance of performance and style.
This motorcycle perfectly illustrates how thoughtful customisation can transform an already iconic machine into a unique expression of character and craftsmanship.
