FT93 Tracker
Straight from the workshop to the dirt.
Built by Stockwell Design and Triumph West London after a challenge from Triumph UK, this one-off Tracker 400 was created for UK National Flat Track Champion Jack Bell to put through its paces at Greenfield Dirt Track.
Rather than reinventing the motorcycle, Charlie Stockwell and Brian Harris set out to prove the capability already within Triumph's 400 platform. 19-inch wheels, Mitas flat-track tyres, revised rear braking, Scrambler controls and an S&S exhaust prepare it for the dirt, while the original suspension, bodywork and fuel tank remain.
A 1970s-inspired red, white and blue finish, gold rims and the unmistakable Stockwell Racing flame connect the build to Stockwell's racing heritage.
With no opportunity for testing before Jack climbed aboard, the Tracker had to work first time. It did. Within an hour at Greenfield, it was running lap times capable of a front-row DTRA Thunderbike start; all on stock suspension.
