Mileage
Maximum Annual Mileage: 4000 miles for each period of 12 months commencing from the date of this Agreement.
Maximum Total Mileage for Period of Hire: 16000 miles (which shall be pro-rated for earlier termination).
If the Annual Mileage or Total Mileage figures shown above are exceeded, an Excess Mileage charge of 11.28 pence per mile will be incurred.
BMW Financial Services' relationship with intermediaries
Your retailer commonly introduces customers to a selected panel of lenders, which includes us, BMW Financial
Services. An introduction to us does not amount to independent financial advice.
We pay commission to your retailer for introducing you to us for a vehicle finance or hire agreement, as a fixed sum
or percentage of the amount you borrow from us. The fixed sum or percentage may vary by model or age of vehicle.
(Please ask your retailer if you would like more information about how the commission is calculated, if they have not
provided this already). This may not be the same as other lenders would pay for such an introduction. The
arrangements we have with your retailer for the payment of commission are taken into account when we set the
interest rates and/or rental rates which we will offer to the customers they introduce to us. However, the commission
we will pay your retailer will not directly affect the amounts payable by you under the proposed finance or hire
agreement, because retailers do not have any discretion to vary those rates for a given customer.
An indemnity may be required in certain circumstances.
