‘A hub for the community’
Despite the challenging climate, LIND have invested heavily, opening three new stores recently and refurbishing many more in their portfolio. The two new Triumph franchises, in central London and Watford, are state of the art and the firm have relocated the Ashford branch of Jack Lilley Motorcycles to an all-new building in West Byfleet and also moved Newmarket Harley-Davidson.
Triumph East London has been refitted. Adjacent to the Triumph store in Watford, LIND have also opened a new Harley-Davidson branch, which has established itself as a go-to place for many riders in the London and Hertfordshire region thanks to its customer focus with hideouts, open days and social events (pre-Covid) - a theme of building and working with the community that all of their branches follow. “We are very proud to win such a prestigious award”, said LIND Founder and MD, Russell Dacre, MBE. “A dealership should provide a hub for the local motorcycle community and that’s what we work hard to achieve. Despite being a large group, every one of our stores retains that personal touch through our passionate staff.”
