When a dedicated Triumph enthusiast hands you the keys with a single directive: "build a performance-led custom machine", you don't just tweak the edges. You strip it down, re-engineer the details and rebuild it with pure track-bred intent.
Enter the AERO 765RS, a joint creation by Stockwell Design and Triumph East London. By shedding factory components and standard running gear in favour of race-spec carbon fibre and titanium, this build transforms an already formidable Triumph Street Triple 765 RS into an absolute weapon for both road and track.
Any seasoned racer will tell you that the secret to lightning-fast turn-in and razor-sharp handling lies in reducing weight — particularly unsprung and rotational mass. That became one of the first priorities for the AERO 765RS.
The factory wheels have been replaced with ultra-lightweight BST carbon fibre wheels, dramatically reducing rotational inertia and allowing the bike to change direction with even greater urgency.
Those carbon wheels are wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa tyres, providing the race-proven grip needed to transfer the Street Triple's performance directly to the asphalt. It's a serious upgrade to an already seriously capable chassis.
A performance-led build needs a soundtrack to match. The AERO 765RS has been fitted with a full Spark titanium exhaust system, delivering a raw, exhilarating exhaust note alongside an unmistakably race-ready aesthetic.
More importantly, titanium brings another significant performance advantage. The new system sheds approximately 4kg from the motorcycle compared with the original setup, continuing the relentless focus on removing unnecessary weight. Less mass. More noise. More intent.
The weight-saving philosophy continues throughout the bodywork. Carbon fibre replaces factory components across almost every area of the motorcycle, including the tank top and side covers, subframe inserts, front mudguard, rear hugger, water tank cover, belly pan, fly screen, air intakes and radiator guards.
Rather than simply adding carbon as a visual flourish, it's been used extensively to reinforce the entire philosophy behind the build: reduce weight, sharpen the appearance and let the engineering become part of the design.
The result is a Street Triple that looks considerably leaner, more technical and more aggressive.
For all its track-focused engineering, the AERO 765RS is still a deeply personal custom motorcycle. The owner has another passion away from two wheels: tennis. That became the starting point for a bespoke paint scheme drawing subtle inspiration from the unmistakable visual identity associated with Babolat.
A muted Denim Black base allows the exposed carbon weave to remain a defining part of the motorcycle, while sharp hits of Fluorescent Yellow introduce a high-energy contrast.
The custom camouflage detailing takes things further, combining Fluorescent Yellow with Pearl White and Silver Ice to create a finish that feels technical, energetic and completely individual to its owner. It's a personal influence translated into a design that feels completely at home on a performance motorcycle.
The AERO 765RS isn't a garage queen designed simply to sit under workshop lights. From its BST carbon wheels and Pirelli rubber to the extensive carbon bodywork, HEL brake hoses and full titanium exhaust, every modification has been chosen with performance in mind.
Stockwell Design and Triumph East London have taken one of Triumph's sharpest road bikes and pushed the formula further, creating a refined, weight-trimmed track weapon that sacrifices none of its usability on the street.
The result is a motorcycle that looks fast standing still, and goes even faster when pushed to the limit.
