Here at Lind Motorrad our two BMW Motorrad Service Departments in Norwich and Welwyn Garden City offer you a service qualit­y at the very highest of levels thanks to professional expertise and ultra-modern workshop equipment. Our technicians have industry recognised qualifications which provides all customers with the highest standards of workmanship and efficiency. Our workshops use genuine BMW Parts which have passed our rigorous quality tests giving you peace of mind, and an extensive warranty support should this be required.

We’ll provide you with a quote before any service work is performed and in many cases we will inform you of any additional work required using the latest video technology – allowing you to make a decision before the work commences.

Highly-Skilled Technicians.

All work is carried out in accordance with BMW recommended motorycle service schedules and warranty conditions. Our Technicians are specially trained at a purpose-built Training Academy to equip them with the necessary skills and expertise to diagnose, service and repair BMW motorcycles.

Original BMW Parts.

When the time comes to repair or maintain your BMW motorcycle, we use the quality parts your bike deserves. You can relax and enjoy your ride because every BMW Motorcycle Part is tested against our stringent standards and comes with a 2-year warranty.

Complimentary Vehicle Health Check.

We will carry out a free of charge comprehensive vehicle health check when your bike is being serviced. The condition of all critical components and safety related items are checked including brakes, suspension and tyres.

End of Warranty Check.

Before your original 2-year warranty runs out, we will invite you to come in for a free check. Our BMW Motorrad Technicians will check your bike for any warrantable faults that need our attention before your warranty expires and will fix these completely free of charge. This check can be carried out at the same time as your annual service, offering you the convenience of two services in just one visit!

Recalls.

We check every bike for any outstanding factory recalls or campaigns every time your bike is booked in for a service. These will be carried out free of charge.

Alternative Transportation.

We can offer you alternative transport options when your bike is in for a service. Please discuss your requirements when booking a service.

Bike Wash.

We will always offer you a complimentary bike wash after your bike is serviced. You will also find a wide range of BMW Motorrad CARE products for sale to help you keep your bike in tip-top condition.

While You Wait.

At Lind Motorrad we offer complimentary wi-fi and refreshments.
