The Harley-Davidson Softail Low Rider ST has quickly established itself as one of the most versatile platforms in the modern lineup, and “Cruella” by LIND x Stockwell Design is proof of just how far that canvas can be pushed. Instantly arresting, the build is defined by its audacious paintwork, which is graphic, confrontational, and impossible to ignore.
But this machine is far more than a visual statement. Beneath the striking exterior lies a carefully curated suite of performance upgrades and go-faster hardware, reinforcing that Cruella was built to deliver as hard as it looks. Purposeful, aggressive, and unapologetically bold, this custom Low Rider ST perfectly captures the intersection of design artistry and modern performance.

The in-your-face custom paintwork immediately announces its intent, carrying the unmistakable Stockwell Design Flame emblazoned across the fuel tank. This marks the first LIND x Stockwell custom build to feature the now-iconic motif, and an important milestone within the collaboration. First introduced in 2018, the Stockwell Flame quickly became synonymous with the brand’s identity, debuting on the Stockwell Racing Flat Track and Super Hooligan teams.
Adorning Stockwell’s race-spec Harley-Davidsons, the Flame evolved into a powerful visual signature, cementing its place in modern custom culture. Its influence soon extended beyond the track, culminating in Bell Helmets’ Limited Edition “Stockwell” Eliminator, a clear nod to the design’s growing legacy. In upcoming blog features, we’ll take a deeper look at Charlie Stockwell’s career, tracing the history, influences, and defining milestones that have shaped him into one of the most recognisable names in contemporary custom motorcycle design.
A paint scheme this striking demands performance to match, and for that, Stockwell turned to a network of trusted partners to deliver the necessary upgrades. At the heart of the transformation is an extensive suite of S&S Cyclecomponents, led by a 2-into-1 Grand National full exhaust system finished in brushed stainless steel. Breathing is further enhanced through a high-flow intake, carbon air filter cover, upgraded throttle bodies, and injectors. Meanwhile, internal improvements, including an S&S cam plate, oil pump, tappets, and guides, ensure the Milwaukee-Eight delivers its power with authority and reliability.
Chassis performance received equal attention. The front end benefits from Öhlins fork springs, while a fully adjustable Öhlins rear shock sharpens composure and control. To match the bike’s newfound pace, braking performance was comprehensively upgraded, with Brembo M4 monobloc radial callipers fitted front and rear, delivering improved feel, consistency, and serious stopping power.

As highlighted in last week’s newsletter, Stockwell is returning to his custom roots in the new year, bringing bold, head-turning Harley-Davidson designs to the LIND H-D Network.
