Throughout 2025, Charlie Stockwell continued to expand his influence across custom motorcycle design, performance engineering, and brand collaboration, marking a pivotal year in the evolution of LIND x Stockwell Design.

With
44 new Triumph-based custom projects completed and now on the road, 2025 marked a landmark year for Stockwell Design. From international competition builds to new product launches and major industry events, the year showcased both creative range and growing global recognition.

Scrambler 900 Standouts

El Potato, Kyalami, and Scrambler 72 are all re-imagined Triumph Scrambler 900 custom builds, each shaped by a distinct design brief while remaining true to the Scrambler’s rugged capability and timeless proportions.

As bespoke Triumph projects, these motorcycles have quickly become some of our most recognisable and sought-after builds. Interest in custom Scrambler 900 builds continues to grow, with sustained demand firmly establishing the 900 as a cornerstone of our 2025 custom motorcycle programme.

THE Sunraiser T100 ON THE Global Stage

The Sunraiser T100 was a six-month collaborative custom motorcycle project built in partnership with Triumph UK and Triumph enthusiast Dougie Poynter, bassist of pop-rock band McFly. Built as the UK’s entry into the Triumph Global Custom Build Competition – Triumph Original, the project brought together teams from around the world, competing head-to-head for the title of World Champion.

The Sunraiser ultimately
finished Runner-Up, narrowly behind the Brazilian team led by Teydi Deguchi of Shibuya Garage. Since completion, the bike, now owned by Dougie, has gone on to receive significant international recognition, with appearances at leading custom motorcycle events and exhibitions, including:

Bonneville t120 & Scrambler 1200 Programme

A flurry of Bonneville T120 and Scrambler 1200 builds followed throughout the year, each one further refined with performance upgrades, bespoke detailing, and progressive styling, pushing the evolution of Stockwell Design’s modern-classic language.

Throughout 2025, Stockwell's custom builds emerging from the Triumph London workshop continued to gain momentum, with the
Raven T120, Cino T120, Pine Scrambler, and Ghost Scrambler standing out as some of our most popular and widely engaged-with custom projects of the year.

S&S Cycle Product Collaboration

2025 also saw the launch of the S&S Performance Grand National Slip-On exhaust for Triumph 400 models, developed as a collaborative project between Stockwell Design and S&S Performance. Designed specifically for the Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X, the Grand National Slip-On marked an important step in Stockwell Design’s expansion from bespoke custom motorcycle builds into performance-led product development.

This project signalled the beginning of a broader focus on premium performance components, with further collaborative product launches already in development for 2026. If you're interested in getting your own Slip-On kit, we have very limited stock left -

Events & Curation

While Stockwell worked hard in the workshop, he also played an active role in curating and presenting custom motorcycle culture at leading industry events.

In 2025, Stockwell Design co-hosted the Triumph UK Motorcycle & Custom Display at the London Bike Shed Moto Show, working closely with Triumph to showcase a considered selection of modern-classic and custom motorcycles within a curated exhibition space.

He also co-curated The Art of the Machine at Malle Mile, collaborating alongside Alec Padron, Charley Boorman, and Robert Nightingale to present a cross-disciplinary exhibition celebrating motorcycle design, engineering, and craftsmanship.
