1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).

The Promotion entitles each customer who, during the Promotional Period, purchases a new or unregistered 2025 Harley-Davidson motorcycle through a Harley-Davidson Finance (“HDF”) financing program to receive £1,000 Finance Deposit Allowance (Cruiser and Sport models) or £1,500 (Adventure Touring, CVO Pan America and Grand American Touring models), and a financing rate of 8.8% (eight point eight percent) APR Representative.
3. While stock lasts. Offer excludes CVO and Trike models (offer includes CVO Pan America).
4. The Promotion is available to customers from 5 March 2026 until 30 June 2026 (the “Promotional Period”) and offered subject to credit acceptance though HDF (a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd) in the UK.
