1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a new model year 2025 Sport or Adventure Touring Harley-Davidson
unregistered motorcycle excluding CVO variants through a Harley-Davidson Finance (“HDF”) financing program to receive a financing rate of 5.9% (five point nine
percent) APR Representative and 10% minimum deposit required while stock lasts.
3. The Promotion is available to customers from 13 June 2025 until 30 September 2025 (the “Promotional Period”) and offered subject to credit acceptance though HDF
(a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd) in the UK
4. This offer is subject to Credit acceptance which is subject to status and approval and is only available to UK residents over 18. Credit in the UK is provided by HarleyDavidson Finance, a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd, St William House, Tresillian Terrace, Cardiff CF10 5BH.
