Terms and conditions - UK

1. The promoter of the Promotion is Harley-Davidson Europe Limited, 192B Park Drive, Milton Park, Oxfordshire OX14 4SD (“Harley-Davidson”).
2. The Promotion entitles each customer who during the Promotional Period purchases a new Pan America Special or Pan America ST to receive a discount of £2,500 (two thousand ve hundred pounds) against the dealer’s list price of the motorcycle when trading in a motorcycle. Excludes CVO variants.
3. The trade in motorcycle may be any make or model.
4. The Promotion is available to customers from 18 July 2025 until 31 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”)
5. Promotion available only at authorised Harley-Davidson dealerships in the United Kingdom.
6. Harley-Davidson reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotion or to withdraw the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable, or to refuse redemption of the Promotion in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
7. With the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law, Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group is not liable for, and customer releases Harley-Davidson and any other companies in its corporate group from, liabilities relating to any direct or indirect loss or damage which is suered as a result of the Promotion.
8. The Promotion and the terms and conditions which apply to the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

3.The Promotion is available to customers until 31 December 2025 (the “Promotional Period”) the motorcycle must be registered within the promotional period to qualify and offered subject to credit acceptance though HDF (a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd) in the UK.

4. This offer is subject to Credit acceptance which is subject to status and approval and is only available to UK residents over 18. Credit in the UK is provided by Harley-Davidson Finance, a trading style of Blackhorse Ltd, St William House, Tresillian Terrace, Cardiff CF10 5BH. Blackhorse is authorised and regulated by the Finance Conduct Authority in the UK. Lending criteria and conditions apply (over 18s only).

5. The dealer you purchase the bike from will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will either be a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. You will not pay it to us. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
